We ship orders using reliable courier services such as TCS, Cheetay, Call Courier, Leopard, or other trusted delivery companies, depending on your area.
2. Delivery Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–2 working days.
Delivery times vary based on your location:
Within Lahore: 1–2 working days
Other cities: 2–5 working days
Remote or rural areas: Up to 7 working days
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges depend on your location and the courier service used.
We will inform you of the delivery cost before confirming your order.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in most areas.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number (if provided by the courier) so you can track your delivery.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, damaged, or lost during delivery, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, but we will do our best to assist you.
6. Receiving Your Order
Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package.
If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In that case, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
