Refund Policy

At Tankers, we work hard to make sure you are happy with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong, we also offer refunds in certain situations. Please read the policy below carefully.

 

1. Refunds for Incorrect Size

  • If you received the wrong size (different from what you ordered), and you do not want an exchange, we will refund your payment.
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request the refund.
  • If you contact us after 7 days, we will not be able to process your refund.

     

2. Refunds for Damaged Products

  • If your product is damaged or torn during delivery, we will gladly replace it with a new one. However, if you do not want a replacement and only want a refund, we will issue a refund instead.

 

  • Refunds will only be given if:
    • The damage occurred during delivery, and
    • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

 

  • We do not issue refunds for damage caused after delivery (e.g., if you tear the cover yourself).

 

3. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be made through the same payment method you used when placing your order or through another agreed method (e.g., bank transfer or mobile wallet).
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

 

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us via: 
  1. Provide your order number and photos of the product (if damaged).
  2. Once we review and approve the request, we will process the refund.
