Welcome to Tankers. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Product Orders

• Orders must include the correct size and quantity of the water tank cover.

   

• If you are unsure about the size, please contact us before placing your order.

   

2. Payments

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most areas.

   

• In some cases, advance payment may be required for custom or large orders.

   

3. Shipping

• Orders in Lahore are delivered the same day or next day.

   

• Outside Lahore: Delivery may take up to 7 working days.

   

• Delivery charges vary by location and courier.

   

4. Return & Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are allowed within 7 days of receiving the product.

   

• Returns are accepted if:

   

  • The product is damaged during delivery

     

  • The wrong size was delivered

     

• Refunds are given only if the customer does not want a replacement.

   

• No returns/refunds for damage caused after delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the courier

   

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer

   

• Damage caused by improper use or handling of the product after delivery
